We spent Thanksgiving at Caryn (Adams sister) and Dave's house in Elk Grove (close to Sacramento). We had a great time. The 6 hour drive was a little rough because Adam had been up for 24 hours due to a crazy day at the bakery. Neither of us can remember much. We laughed most of the way to keep each other awake. It was definately worth it!!
Here is Averi and Bridgete getting ready for bed and happy to be together.
Owen was showing his love for Spencer by attacking him. We are working on other ways for him to show affection besides brute force. Wish us luck.
Dave was in charge of making mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving. They were delicious but he made a ton! While we ate, he pressured us all to have seconds on potatoes. Adam was a trooper but paid for it later.
Here is Caryn's cute table scape (I get that saying from Semi Homeade with Sandra Lee). She sent the Guys and the kids over to the park to pick out some fresh leaves to put in the napkins. Soo cute!
Bridgete and Owen finished the afternoon with an appropriate post thanksgiving nap!

How fun that you guys got to go up north...how scary that Adam drove it with no sleep the night before! I love the picture of Avery with her cousin. She looks SO happy! The Thanksgiving table was adorable. It looks like you guys had a great time.
