Remembering G.G.

February 16, 1917 - June 6, 2009
Adam's sweet Grandma (lovingly referred to as G.G.) passed away this month. She was the perfect mix of femininity and SASS! We love her so much and are so grateful for the wonderful memories we have with her.
Here are some of the things Adam remembers most of Grandma Red
Fresh "Tang" and Milk ready and waiting for their arrival
Races around her house
Her wonderful photo albums
Her famous green beans
Her amazing patience, even when they lost the remote ( A LOT)
Her amazing knowledge of sports, current events and politics
Her perfect memory. She NEVER forgot a birthday.
She wrote Adam diligently on his mission
Things Adam will miss most:
Her Birthdays - whenever she got clothes, she would model it for everyone. She was always so grateful.
How petite she was
Her smile. She was always so happy when we visited.
Her big hugs and kisses that would set of the beep in her hearing aid.
One on one time. She made everyone feel special.
Her love for Grandpa Red. Their love story was like a movie and she would get a special sparkle in her eye when she talked about him.
The memories of leaving her house and looking out the back window of the station wagon and seeing them both waving.
